GUARD HOUSE WITH TOILET 6 x 14 Little Building
This guardhouse has a built in restroom (required in some states) which enables your worker to remain on the job longer. With less time wasted driving a car to a main building for necessary breaks and a temporary replacement needed, this unit is almost completely self-contained.
Standard heat, optional a/c, light, running water all there (after hook up to your services). A water heater is included along with exhaust fan, toilet, sink, paper towel dispenser and toilet paper holder. Add optional refrigerator and microwave for the ability to also stay for lunch! Pluming fixtures are shipped in cartons ready for site installation and connection to your pre-set plumbing stub-ups. At site, just set, connect, and use.
