NEED TO GET ABOVE IT ALL? This stand mounted guard house sits five feet above the ground allowing the guard a great view of the parking lot whether there are trucks or vans parked nearby. Stand features Grip Strut open tread steps and platform providing sure footing in almost any weather. Stands are available almost any height and can be closed in for storage of traffic cones, shovels, or other equipment. Catwalks can be provided around all sides for best surveillance from your new guardhouse.
Our standard guard houses feature standard features that some companies don't even offer as an option. Here's just some of the features your new guard house with stand from Little Buildings includes: work counter with storage drawer, sliding aluminum door with XHD overhead track, tempered safety glass windows, 3" canopy overhang, sloped roof with drain, treadplate floor, 4" elevated base, anchor clips, and steel ceiling. Electric in our guard houses include energy fluorescent light with wall switch, electrical outlet, heater with thermostat, and all wiring to a wall mounted circuit box. All wiring fittings, fixtures, and devices bear U.L. labels.
