Little Buildings Guard House LB1010R2B-SSR is a 10 x 10 prefabricated portable steel building with factory-installed brick exterior and standing seam metal roof, residing at a private East Coast school to be used as a guardhouse next to the visitor’s parking lot.

This large-sized guard booth or security booth, also known as guard house was delivered completely factory-assembled, pre-wired, and pre-finished ready for immediate use. When the prefab guard booth was shipped from the Little Buildings’ factory, the portable security booth was loaded on a flatbed truck and allowed for a forklift to get underneath the booth and offload it from the truck. Optional data and phone jacks were added along with additional counter tops.

In addition, this galvanized welded steel guardhouse was insulated against the harsh weather The Little Buildings prefab guard house was built with 100% welded steel construction with the use of durable and low maintenance materials to ensure the guard booth’s longevity.

Further, this Little Buildings portable guard house was architecturally designed and has a two-tone paint and a brick veneer. Through these treatments the Little Buildings prefab security booth complements the surrounding and existing architecture.
