To improve customer flow and operational efficiency, the New York Yankees partnered with Little Buildings to streamline the ticketing process with its ticket booth products. Little Buildings delivered two satellite box offices, also known as ticket booths, each featuring eight ticket windows, resulting in a total of 16 additional service points. Strategically positioned on opposite sides of the stadium, these ticket booths were designed with advanced security features, including bullet-resistant glass and anti-graffiti paint. Each ticket booth is equipped with electronic speaker tubes with recording capabilities, dual air conditioning units, and roll-down shutters to ensure security during the off-season.
Furthermore, custom stainless steel cash drawers and data outlets were integrated to facilitate seamless connectivity with a third-party electronic ticket sales provider. This comprehensive ticket booth upgrade not only enhanced customer service but also significantly bolstered security measures and operational effectiveness for the Yankees organization.
